Terms of Service
Effective October 10, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Dormhub (dormhub.net) about using the site. By creating an account or using Dormhub in any way, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community guidelines. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Dormhub.
1. Who can use Dormhub
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- You must give accurate information when you sign up, and you can only have one account unless we say otherwise.
- You can’t use Dormhub if we’ve previously removed you, or if the law doesn’t allow you to.
2. The beta and approval
Dormhub is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed. Anyone can watch. During the beta, posting, commenting and messaging may require an approved account, and we decide who is approved. We may approve, decline or remove posting access at any time.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for your account and everything that happens on it. Keep your password private and use one you don’t use elsewhere. Tell us right away at dormhub.net@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
4. Your content
- You own what you post. When you post videos, thumbnails, captions, comments or messages, you keep your rights to them.
- You give us permission to run the service with it. You grant Dormhub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, format (for example, resize or create thumbnails) and distribute your content on Dormhub and in links people share from it, only as needed to operate and promote the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others have already shared, or brief backup copies.
- You must have the right to post it. Only post content you made or have permission to share.
- Everyone in frame must agree. Only post videos where every person who can be identified agreed to be filmed and posted. Don’t show room numbers, addresses, or anyone who didn’t agree.
- Public content can be seen, saved and shared by anyone. Don’t post anything you’d want to keep private.
5. What’s not allowed
Follow our Community guidelines. In particular, you may not post or send:
- Nudity or sexual content, or anything involving minors in a sexual or harmful way
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or encouraging violence or self-harm
- Illegal activity, drugs, or dangerous challenges
- Anyone’s private information (addresses, room numbers, phone numbers, etc.) or content filmed without consent
- Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights
- Spam, scams, malware, or attempts to impersonate someone
You also may not try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of Dormhub, or access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
6. Reporting and removal
If you see something that breaks these Terms, or content that uses your work or your image without permission, email dormhub.net@gmail.com with a link to it and what’s wrong. You can also use the feedback form. For copyright complaints, include your contact details, the work you own, the link to the content, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized.
We may remove any content, or suspend or close any account, at our discretion, including if we believe it breaks these Terms or the law, or puts people at risk. Where it’s appropriate and safe, we’ll tell you why.
7. Leaving Dormhub
You can stop using Dormhub at any time. To delete your account, email dormhub.net@gmail.com from the email address on your account and we’ll delete it as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also end or suspend your access at any time. Sections 4 (the license for content already shared), 8, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply after your account ends.
8. Parody
Dormhub is a parody. Its name and style are a joke. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other website or company whose name or style ours may bring to mind.
9. No warranties
Dormhub is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that content on it is accurate. Content is posted by users, and we don’t endorse it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dormhub and the people who run it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or reputation, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Dormhub or from content posted by others. Our total liability for any claim relating to Dormhub is limited to $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
11. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against Dormhub because of content you posted or your breaking these Terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, to the extent the law allows.
12. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Dormhub is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at dormhub.net@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that can’t be waived where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know on the site. If you keep using Dormhub after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using Dormhub.
14. Everything else
If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a part right away, we haven’t given up the right to later. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community guidelines are the whole agreement between you and Dormhub about the service.
